    Massage focusing on traditional Eastern philosophy including, but not limited to Energy Work, Accupressure and Chakra Balancing. This massage is described as gentle, meditative, and relaxing. It is great for both centering and grounding.

    An individual approach to massage therapy. Receive a body scan that includes postural assessment, identification of problematic areas, and holistic work. This includes Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Stretching, and the use of Heat/Cold Hydrotherapy.
