Our selections - are designed to permit the maximum time needed for your requested service. Please help us to better serve you by being on time for your appointment.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for spa services to provide us with basic information, including a medical history.
Scheduling - In order to accomodate you, we strongly recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving OGGI Estetica. This will ensure that you get the time and staff member of your preference.
Cancellations - We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We ask that you allow us the consideration of a 24-hour notice when possible.
Staff Selection - To make you feel more comfortable, better served, or just to get a fresh point of view, feel free to try any or all members of our staff. We work as a team and encourage you to experience our talent. Our team is dedicated to meeting and exceeding all of your expectations.
